  4. Our Limousines operate in all major cities within Australia; Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth.Please note, Stretch Limousines and the Limousine Bus is only available in Sydney.

  5. Payment Methods
  6. We accept all major credit cards as well as CabCharge, and also have weekly/monthly accounts available upon request. Please note; Credit card detailsare required when making a booking to be held as security against your reservation. Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the transfer, but if requesting to pay by CabCharge or Cash, it will be payable to the driver upon completion of the transfer. We do accept cheques, which is payable 5 working/business days prior to the transfer. Credit card details are still required for security when requesting to pay by Cash, CabCharge or Cheque, and will be charged the full amount if payment isn’t successful.

  7. Transfer Time:

    • a. How far in advanced should I pre-book my limousine?
    • We recommend booking your limousine a minimum 5 hours in advanced. If you have your transfer details days, weeks or months in advanced, then it is advised to pre-book your limousine reservation.

    • b. How much travelling time will I need to get to the airport?
    • Depending on the distance of the transfer, as well as taking into fact peak hour traffic conditions and special events, its best to contact us directly and speak to our friendly staff to be advised on the best pick-up time. Our staffhave knowledge on traffic conditions and special events, and will also take into consideration the transfer distance.

    • c. For tours, what is the minimum hire time?
    • 2 hours is the minimum hire for tours.

    • d. For wedding transfers, what is the minimum hire time?
    • 2 hours is the minimum hire for weddings.

  8. Waiting Time:

    • a. Airport pickup;

      • i. Domestic Airport
      • We allow up-to 20 minutes waiting time from the Domestic terminal, from when the flight has been confirmed landed. After 20 minutes, we charge $1.50 AUD per 1 minute plus any additional airport fees. If we cannot make contact with the passenger after 30 minutes, we will consider the booking as a no-show, meaning the passenger hasn’t turned up for the booking. This will result in the full fare being charged to the Credit Card held as security.

      • ii.International Airport
      • We allow up-to 60 minutes waiting time from the International terminal, from when the flight has been confirmed landed. After 60 minutes, we charge $1.50 AUD per 1 minute plus any additional airport fees. If we cannot make contact with the passenger after 75 minutes, we will consider the booking as a no-show, meaning the passenger hasn’t turned up for the booking. This will result in the full fare being charged to the Credit Card held as security.

    • b. All other pickups
    • We allow 10 minutes waiting time from any other locations other than the airport. After 10 minutes, we charge $1.50 AUD per 1 minute plus any additional parking fees. If we cannot make contact with the passenger after 20 minutes, we will consider the booking as a no-show, meaning the passenger hasn’t turned up for the booking. This will result in the full fare being charged to the Credit Card held as security.

  9. Additional Transfer / Time

    • a. What if we need to make an additional stop?
    • If you additional stop is on route to the booked destination, we allow up-to 5 minutes at the additional stop. After 5 minutes, you will be charged an additional $1.50 AUD per 1 minute.

    • b. What if we extend our travel time whilst in transfer?
    • If you extend the time of travel whilst in transfer, such as wanting a 30 minute tour on the way to your destination, you will be charged $1.50 AUD per 1 minute.

  10. Airport Transfers:

    • a. Where to meet
    • Our drivers will hold a name-sign with the passengers name inside the terminal. If needed, we will contact the passenger directly to advise the meeting point. Passenger will have a contact number for the Fleet manager in the case the driver cannot be found.

    • b. Delayed flight
    • We always monitor flight arrival times and have a driver at the airport for when the flight has landed.

  11. Baby car seats / Baby capsules / Booster seats:

    • a. Do you have baby capsules for new-borns?
    • Yes; we have convertible baby seats which are suitable fornew-borns to approximately 4 years old.

    • b. Do you have baby car seats for infants?
    • Yes; we have convertible baby seats which are suitable for new-borns to approximately 4 years old.

    • c. Do you have booster seats for children?
    • Yes; we have booster seats which are suitable for approximately 4 years old to 7 years old.

  12. Booking Cancellations
  13. Cancelations 3 hours prior to the booking time will incur a 10% fee of the full fare amount. All other cancelations will be charged the full fare.

  14. Eating and Drinking
  15. Eating and Drinking is not permitted in our limousines unless pre-arrangements are made. Smoking is not permitted in our limousines.

  16. Luggage Space:

    • a. Excess Luggage
    • If passengers do have excess luggage, we recommend choosing a larger vehicle to cater for the number of passengers and cases they may have. Generally; our sedans take up-to 2 large and 2 small cases, our SUV’s/Wagons/Vans take up-to 4 large and 4 small cases; our Stretch Limousines take up-to 2 large and 2small cases.

    • b. Luggage Trailer
    • Luggage trailers are available upon request and are charged depending on the day of the booking. Our staff will advise the additional charge upon the request.
